Our Membership Certificate is very handsome and includes the new member's full name, national number, original date of acceptance, and oldest known Peyton [Payton, other related surname] ancestor, as shown on our example. New members receive a certificate at no cost along with their membership.
NOTE: The Life Member certificate shown is only used as an example. The designation of "Life Member" for members is no longer applicable as of January 1, 2021. (See the Membership section of this web site for details.) Certificates for Members, Associates, and Friends of the Peyton Society of Virginia whose membership applications are received and approved on or after January 1, 2021 will receive an applicable version of this Certificate.
Members who received an earlier version, but want the new version of the Certificate, may order one here. Please enter the date you were accepted into the Society, and the name of your earliest-known Peyton ancestor in the Note to Seller section when you make your purchase. Applications will be processed when the Society receives notification from Paypal that the fees have been received.
